About Axis Chiropractic Insurance and Payment Policies:

Axis Chiropractic continues to work to increase the number of  insurances providers that we are in network with today. As a result, we are giving our patients the most affordable chiropractic health care as possible.

Accepted Insurance Payment Process:

On or before your first visit our staff will check your insurance benefits for chiropractic care and determine:

• if there is a deductible that must be met

• what your co-pay may be

• how many annual visits are allowed

• what your annual out of pocket max is set to

Provide us with your insurance information and we will look up your benefits up on our automated system.  At times, we are required to call the insurance company directly for specific benefit information.  This may cause a slight delay in confirming your benefits.

Once benefits are confirmed, our billing system and dedicated billing specialist will automatically submit your treatment invoices to your insurance company for you.  You’ll be notified if there are any problems or delays in processing claims.  If insurance payments are not made, you will be responsible for any unpaid charges at the contracted insurance rate.  We encourage you to check your insurance statements regularly to make sure proper payments are being made. You are responsible for informing us of any changes regarding your insurance.

You will be responsible to pay for treatments in full at the time of the visit if your deductible has not been met.  Additionally, all copays must be paid with each visit.

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, gift cards, cash, Venmo, and personal checks.
